If you note any food allergy reaction whenever you or your love ones ate certain food ... from rashes, cough to asthma and anaphylactic reaction ... confirm it with an allergy test ... besides taking food allergen off the recipe and menu ... you need to ensure that there are no cross contamination from the worktop to equipments used ... read labels of packaged products ... unsured don't use ... it can be life threatening for someone with severe allergy and anaphylactic reaction.

Bolognaise Sauce

Yeild: 1 lit

Ingredients:
  • 50 ml oil
  • 100 g onions, chopped
  • 3 garlic, chopped
  • 500 g beef, minced
  • 80 g celery, brunoise
  • 80 g carrot, brunoise
  • pinch thyme
  • pinch marjoram
  • pich oregano
  • 50 g tomato paste
  • 30 g flour
  • 100 ml red wine
  • 500 ml brown stock
  • pinch salt
  • pinch pepper
Procedure:
  1. heat oil ... saute onion, garlic till fragrant
  2. add minced meat ... stir till lightly cook
  3. add celery, carrot, thyme, marjoram, oregano
  4. sweat for a few minutes ... add tomato paste
  5. cook for 2 mins ... dust with flour
  6. mix well over low fire
  7. add red wine, brown stock ... simmer for 1 hour
  8. check consistency and taste
