Ingredients:
- 50 ml oil
- 100 g onions, chopped
- 3 garlic, chopped
- 500 g beef, minced
- 80 g celery, brunoise
- 80 g carrot, brunoise
- pinch thyme
- pinch marjoram
- pich oregano
- 50 g tomato paste
- 30 g flour
- 100 ml red wine
- 500 ml brown stock
- pinch salt
- pinch pepper
- heat oil ... saute onion, garlic till fragrant
- add minced meat ... stir till lightly cook
- add celery, carrot, thyme, marjoram, oregano
- sweat for a few minutes ... add tomato paste
- cook for 2 mins ... dust with flour
- mix well over low fire
- add red wine, brown stock ... simmer for 1 hour
- check consistency and taste
