Ingredients:
300 gm onion, small dice
30 gm butter or oil
5 lit chicken stock
600 gm tomato concassé
600 gm frozen lima beans
600 gm okra, fresh or frozen, cut into 1/2 cm piece
450 gm frozen sweet corn
600 gm cooked chicken meat and giblets, small dice
Procedure:
