Ingredients:
- 250 g slice mushrooms
- 30 g shallot
- 60 g butter
- 1 lit demi glaze
- 60 ml sherry wine
- 2 drops lemon juice
- saute mushrooms, shallots in butter till brown
- add demi glzed ... simmer 10 mins
- add sherry ... lemon juice
